Rates

Cash fees are determined by a sliding fee scale based upon income.

Mental Health Insurance

We accept most major insurances as either in or out of network providers. Please note that not all therapists can take all insurance plans, so please check with us regarding your particular plan. We are EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Providers for many plans – please inquire. We accept and bill the following as either in or out of network:

Please check with us, as we are continually updating our list of credentialed insurance carriers.

We also can bill for out of network services.  Please check with your insurance company before your appointment for verification of benefits, deductibles, and co-pays. 

Cancellation Policy

We ask a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

There is a $100 charge for missed sessions and $50 charge for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice.  Please be sure to discuss this policy with your therapist.
